Terms of Service (English)

1. Acceptance

By registering or using the service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Minimum age 14 (16 in the EU).

2. Account & identity verification

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials safe.
• Identity verification: to comply with real-identity requirements applicable to online services (e.g., PRC Cybersecurity Law Art. 24; Vietnam Decree 147) and to prevent fraud/impersonation, we require identity verification for all users: you must submit your true name and, where applicable, ID details/documents. False information or impersonation may lead to suspension/termination and lawful disclosure.
• Statuses: none / pending / approved (personal or business) / rejected. Publishing features may be limited until approved.

3. Acceptable use

• No impersonation or misleading identity/contact information; no unlawful, fraudulent, spam, sexual, violent, hateful or infringing content; no pyramid/Ponzi/gambling or unlicensed financial promotions; no attacking, scraping, bypassing security or rate limits; no unsolicited commercial messaging.
• We may takedown content, restrict features, suspend or ban accounts and preserve evidence; all enforcement is appealable with human review.

4. Content & licence

• You retain all rights to your card content and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free hosting licence limited to operating the service. You warrant rights to uploaded materials. QYDION brand and platform software remain ours.

5. Paid features, payments & refunds

• Core features are free; paid features (multi-card, HD AI background, exports) are priced at checkout. Taxes/fees as displayed; cross-border payment fees may apply.
• Refunds: (a) Mainland China: full refund within 7 days if the service has not been used; no no-fault refunds once used, except major defects. (b) EU/UK consumers: statutory 14-day withdrawal applies unless you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the right. (c) Elsewhere: per mandatory local consumer law. 6. Third-party services

Login providers, Cloudflare, AI vendors and email services are governed by their own terms; we are not liable for their independent acts.

7. Disclaimers & liability

• Service provided "as is". No indirect/consequential damages. Aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months (free users: RMB 100).
• Consumer rights preserved: nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction (mainland China, EU/UK, US states, Brazil, etc.).
• Force majeure: no liability for outages, best-efforts restoration.

8. Suspension, termination

You may stop and request account deletion anytime. We may suspend/terminate for breach or legal reasons; data handled per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

9. Governing law & disputes

• PRC law applies (excluding conflict rules). Disputes: friendly settlement first, then CIETAC arbitration in Beijing, in Chinese.
• Consumers in the EU/UK, Brazil, certain US states etc. may rely on mandatory local consumer protections and local courts; nothing herein waives those rights.

10. General

Material changes announced 7 days in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance where lawful. Severability, no-waiver and entire-agreement clauses apply (these Terms + Privacy Policy + Cookie Policy).
